•2 Avocados diced
•1 large tomato, deseeded and skinless
•1 medium red onion
•1 Tbsp Flat leaf Parsley
•1 Red Chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
•Juice of 5 small limes
•1 Tbsp olive oil
•Salt and pepper to taste
