Not sure what’s driving your symptoms or where to start?

When you’ve been dealing with ongoing symptoms, conflicting advice or blood results that have been labelled “normal”, it can be difficult to know what to tackle first.

My approach is to look at your health as a whole — your symptoms, history, blood work and lifestyle — to help uncover the patterns and imbalances that may be contributing to how you feel.

From there, we work out what matters most, what to prioritise and what your next steps should be.

How working with me works

01

Tell me what’s going on

Complete my Health History Form and share any recent blood work. This gives me an initial picture of your health and helps us decide the most appropriate place to start.

02

Understand what may be driving your symptoms

We start with a Functional Insight, Functional Review or Functional Roadmap depending on the depth and complexity of your health concerns.

03

Get clear on what to do next

Rather than trying to change everything at once, we identify your priorities and create a realistic way forward.

04

Get support putting it into practice

If you need help implementing the changes, troubleshooting challenges and staying accountable, you can continue working with me through one-to-one coaching.

Start Here: Understand What's Going On

You don’t necessarily need a long-term coaching programme to start working with me.

The first step is understanding what may be happening underneath your symptoms and where your attention is best focused.

“I want someone to look at my blood work and help me understand what might be going on.”

A focused 60-minute consultation where we look at your blood work alongside your symptoms and health history.

We’ll discuss the patterns I see, what they may mean for your health and the key areas I believe are worth exploring or supporting.

This is the simplest way to get my perspective without committing to a full health analysis.

Best for: blood work questions, a smaller number of concerns or anyone who wants an initial functional medicine perspective.

“I have a specific health concern and want to understand it in more depth.”

The Functional Review goes a step further.

I review your health information before we meet, puzzle-piece the key dynamics that may be contributing to your symptoms and then take you through my findings during our consultation.

You’ll also receive a streamlined written protocol outlining your main priorities and next steps.

Best for: a more targeted health concern where some deeper analysis and a clear written plan would be helpful.

“There’s a lot going on and I want someone to connect the dots.”

My most comprehensive health analysis.

I take a deeper look at your health history, symptoms and several years of blood work where available to understand how different areas of your health may be interacting.

We then meet to go through the findings together and you receive a detailed, phased protocol so you know what to tackle first rather than trying to do everything at once.

Best for: multiple or longstanding symptoms, autoimmune or more complex health concerns, or when you feel there are several pieces of the puzzle that need connecting.

Have a Plan, But Need Help Making It Happen?

Understanding what needs to change is one thing.

Actually putting those changes into everyday life — and sustaining them when work, family, travel, stress and everything else gets in the way — is often the harder part.

My coaching programmes provide ongoing support as we work through your priorities.

We can adapt your plan as your health changes, work through areas where you feel stuck and make the process feel far more manageable than trying to figure everything out alone.

A Functional Review or Functional Roadmap is completed before starting one-to-one coaching so that we have a clear understanding of what we're working on and why.

3 sessions over approximately 4–6 months

For those who have a clear plan but would benefit from guidance, accountability and support putting it into action.

Between sessions you also have access to me for support, so questions and challenges don't have to wait until our next appointment.

Best for: someone who needs help turning their recommendations into sustainable changes without requiring more intensive long-term support.

6 sessions over approximately 6–9 months

For more complex health challenges or those who want a longer period of support to create meaningful, lasting change.

We continue to reassess how you're responding, troubleshoot what isn't working and adjust your plan as we go.

This gives us the time to work through your health in stages rather than trying to change everything at once.

Best for: more complex or longstanding health challenges, or anyone wanting greater support through the process.

Other Ways to Work With Me

One-to-one functional medicine support isn't the only way to work with me.

My small-group health programme designed to help you better understand your body and actually put that knowledge into practice.

We explore areas including nutrition, gut health, hormones, stress, nervous-system regulation and the everyday behaviours that can have a significant impact on how you feel.

Not everyone does.

Often your health history, symptoms and blood work already give us a great deal of useful information.

Sometimes, however, additional testing can help us investigate a particular area in more depth — for example gut health, hormones, nutrient status or environmental exposures.

If I believe additional testing would be useful, I'll explain what we're looking for, why it may help and whether the result is likely to change what we do next.

Testing is a tool to help us answer a question — not something you automatically need to do.
