Body in Balance is for women who are ready to stop guessing and start understanding what their body is trying to tell them.
This is not another quick-fix wellness programme.
It is an 8-week functional health programme designed to help you understand the foundations of health, identify the key imbalances that may be holding you back, and build realistic habits that actually fit into your life.
Over the course of the programme, you’ll learn how the body works as a whole — hormones, gut health, blood sugar, inflammation, sleep, stress, detoxification and nervous system balance — and why symptoms are rarely random.
You’ll begin to see the bigger picture behind how you feel.

• A 1:1 Functional Review (u.p. $447 per session) before or at the start of the programme (reviewing symptoms, blood work and health history providing a tailored protocol to follow to understand what your unique body needs)
• A Follow-Up Functional Review a month or two after the programme ends.
• Ideal if you want deeper clarity and personalised guidance tailored to your body’s unique story.
