What to expect
For those ready to build strong foundations and make meaningful progress over time. This 3-session one to one program is designed to provide personalised guidance, accountability, and in-between-session support so you feel confident putting changes into action — and not doing it alone.
Includes:
• Three 60-minute sessions (online or face-to-face)
• Access to the Practice Better client portal for easy tracking, notes, and resources
• Ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions to answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and keep you on track
• Review and discussion of any new test results during scheduled sessions
Notes
You'll be required to complete either:
• The Functional Review or
• The Functional Roadmap
before enrolling in this program!
