Butterbean Dip
This creamy dip is a simple and delicious snack packed with plant-based protein. Made with butter beans, fresh herbs, and a touch of olive oil, it’s perfect as a spread or paired with veggie sticks and crackers.

Ingredients
16 oz (one can) butter beans or soaked overnight and cooked until soft
3 cloves fresh garlic
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. room temperature water
1-2 tsp. chopped parsley
1-2 tsp. chopped basil
Methods
Drain the beans, rinse and pat dry.
In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
Season to taste.
