Crackers & Dips

Butterbean Dip

This creamy dip is a simple and delicious snack packed with plant-based protein. Made with butter beans, fresh herbs, and a touch of olive oil, it’s perfect as a spread or paired with veggie sticks and crackers.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz (one can) butter beans or soaked overnight and cooked until soft

  • 3 cloves fresh garlic

  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp. room temperature water

  • 1-2 tsp. chopped parsley

  • 1-2 tsp. chopped basil

Methods

  1. Drain the beans, rinse and pat dry.

  2. In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Season to taste.

Nut Bars

These are my favourite go to snack, which I keep in the freezer. Full of protein, fibre and good fat. You can make them without dried fruit to make them less sweet.
