  • Examination of all your blood tests - recent and past 3 years

  • Detailed report on the health dynamics which need addressing

  • Tailored recommendations, including proposed lifestyle & dietary changes and supplement suggestions to kickstart your health journey

  • 5 x follow-up face to face/online chats, over three to four months, to guide you on your health journey

  • Whatsapp support throughout the program.

  • Charge: $1800 ($450 a month, for 4 months)

  • Review of your symptoms via a detailed questionnaire

  • Examination of all your blood tests

  • Tailored recommendations, including proposed lifestyle and dietary change, to kickstart your health journey

  • 12 x weekly Personal Training one-to-one sessions

  • 12 x weekly Bootcamp group sessions

  • 5 x follow-up face to face/online chats, over three to four months, with follow up emails to guide you on your health journey

  • 6 x bi-weekly calls (30 mins) to help keep you on track

  • Whatsapp support throughout the program.

  • Charge: $3,600 ($900 a month, for 4 months)

Bootcamp

  • A great mix of cardio and strength training

  • Variety and fun being the key focus

  • Classes @ Kent Ridge every Tuesday & Thursday @ 8:15am -rain or shine

  • Classes @ your condo - available on request

  • Charge: $30 per session, $150 for a set of 6 classes

  • Trial class free

Personal Training

​

  • One on One - analysis of your exercise history, injuries and health challenges and discussion on your goals for the programme.

  • Working together to reach your strength goals on a bi-weekly basis at first, then on to weekly once you are confident in your form. 

  • Charge: $150 per session, $800 for a set of 6 classes
