A workshop to inspire you to make long term changes to your health to rebalance your hormones and optimise gut health,

in an achievable way.

Previous participants have lost 3-6 kgs over the 8 week program and continue to enjoy the lifestyle changes.

 

Learn the core principles of a healthy lifestyle. Topics include:

  • Mindset - how to reframe your health journey to enjoy it!

  • Hormones - the main imbalances that affect your health and ability to lose weight together with suggestions on how to rebalance them.

  • The Gut - symptoms of gut imbalance, why it is important to optimise gut health and solutions to address and heal.

  • Cravings - Biochemical imbalances that cause cravings and how to address them.

  • Meal planning -  tips and guidance on the most nutritious foods to help you to thrive.

  • Self Care and Mind-Body connection - plus strategies on how to reduce stress & optimise sleep

  • Lifestyle - WhatsApp group support to keep you on track with the lifestyle changes.

Recipe book provided, with an array of delicious and healthy dishes which you can cook at home, a selection of which are tasted at the in person sessions.

Five meetings, every two weeks over a period of nine weeks, details below:

Online: 7-8:15pm, 12th September - 14th November 2024

In person: 8:30-10am, 13th September - 15th November 2024
