Gluten Free Pancakes

Fresh Crepes

•1 cup Quinoa flour/Buckwheat/Chick Pea or other gluten free flour mix

•1 cup milk (nut or dairy)

•2 large eggs

•Sprinkle of cinnamon

•1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk.

  2. Poor 1 ladle full in to a hot pan with coconut oil, spread evenly and turn when brown on one side.

  3. Serve with lemon & coconut sugar/honey or fruit.
