French Dressing

•6 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil

•4 tbsp. lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

•1 tbsp. mustard

•1 clove garlic

•Sea salt and pepper to taste

 

Combine all the ingredients and shake in a jar before pouring on the salad.

 

Avocado and Ginger Dressing

•5 cm piece fresh ginger, grated

•1 ripe avocado

•2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice

•1 ½ tsp. raw honey

•2 tsp. tamari soy sauce

•200 ml water

•Sea salt and pepper

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend well, adding the water slowly until smooth and you have your desired consistency.

Basil, Lemon & Tahini Dressing

•1/2 cup tahini

•1/4 cup basil loosely packed

•1/4 cup lemon juice

•1/4 cup water

•2 cloves garlic

•1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

•Pinch sea salt and black pepper

 

•Blend all the ingredients together and add more lemon/salt/pepper to required taste
